Spring is the Air !
Spring is here and that means a lot
of you are thinking about cleaning up the office and starting new
initiatives that you have been putting off. I say, GOOD FOR YOU!
Spring is the perfect time to think about these things because it is
warm outside, you can go to work in short sleeves and not worry
about putting on a coat.
The Spring air gets the brain cells
moving again after being frozen through the winter. Those brain
cells are pondering new ways to clean, get organized, and make
profits in this slow economy. You want to start throwing out
all that paper that built up over the past year, or just stash it
with your existing paper. All that does is create a mess to deal
with next year.
Start making a list of the types of
documents you have acquired and put dates of when you can destroy
them. Take that list and put it on the wall and look at it all
spring. Once you understand what is on that list, you can now start
thinking logically about cleaning.
